About ChildStory
What is ChildStory?
ChildStory is a European project funded under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme.
The project promotes children’s participation and engagement in democratic life by using storytelling, future world-building and creative educational approaches. It focuses particularly on children living in rural communities in Greece, Cyprus and Spain.
By bringing together children, educators, policymakers and local communities, ChildStory creates meaningful opportunities for young people to influence decisions that shape their present and future.
OUR METHODOLOGY
The ChildStory methodology uses storytelling and creative world-building to help children explore their experiences, imagine future possibilities, and share their ideas.
Through collaboration with educators and local communities, children co-create solutions to real-life challenges and strengthen their participation in democratic life. By turning stories into action, ChildStory supports meaningful engagement and lasting positive change.
